I couldn’t make a pastry book without including a recipe for a traditional Millefeuille. This recipe features striking pink sablé tart cases, filled with velvety baked almond cream and silky white chocolate namelaka. Pull-apart bread coated in a fragrant blend of sugar and nuts creates a caramelized exterior, while the inside remains soft and pillowy. Each morsel brings a smile to your face as you revel in the simple joy of tearing apart this delectable creation, reminding us of the delight found in life's simplest pleasures.
