Founded by pastry Сhef Tetyana Verbytska, KICA Academy aims to introduce French pâtisserie to pastry enthusiasts, amateurs, and professionals all over the world.
In 2022, KICA Academy started to specialize in producing premium-quality pastry books. KICA Academy publishes comprehensive recipes for all pastry enthusiasts to follow.
To date, KICA Academy, in its own professional kitchen in Kyiv, Ukraine, has produced more than 50 pastry books filled with tried-and-tested recipes.
