Pastry magic made easy!
Everyone can be a pastry chef with a book like this. The recipes are easy to follow and the measurement of ingredients is very accurate. And it is a very important detail for a non-professional baker like me. Pistachio raspberry cookies look like Christmas tree ornaments, but they taste even better!

Teens baking maple and pecan Magic!
Even lazy teens can make fantastic pastries if they have good recipes and the right molds in their hands. My girls impressed me with Maple and Pecan cakes from the Christmas book by my favorite KICA. I must admit that I couldn't wait till Christmas Eve, I bought this book 2 days ago and already tried to make these adorable Hot Chocolate Cup Tartlets. They caught my eye right away! And guess what? A sweet challenge with coconut bonbons
It was not easy to find caramelized white chocolate in our local store, but I was up for a challenge, for me it’s part of the whole fun. Coconut bonbons from KICA were so delicious that I didn’t want to share them with anyone. Only my tight New Year’s eve dress forced me to share them with my colleagues and friends. Homemade Bounty for a chocolate lover's heart!
“Bounty” is my favorite chocolate bar and the quickest shortcut to my heart. Honestly speaking, before this book I never guessed that I could make it in my own kitchen. Sweet joy with truffles and tartlets!!!
All I like is my cat and chocolate – I cannot resist either!! I finished all 18 truffles in one evening and I need more. So tasty and fresh, candies from the store are not even near this level! I will make it again for sure, right after I try these interesting cup-shaped tartlets.
